Adult Education

Because the majority of Kentucky jobs in the future will require some type of postsecondary education, more adults are heading back to school.  Studies show, hoewever, that nearly a million Kentucky adults perform at low literacy levels and 18 percent of Kentuckians age 25 and older do not have a high school diploma.  If Kentucky adults get a good education they have better opportunitites for better careers, can make enough money to support their families, and their children are more likely to succeed in school.

Please visit Kentucky's Adult Education website for more information.
